As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our growth strategy. Your mission? Forge new partnerships & maintain/open corporate bank accounts, spearhead initiatives, and bring our groundbreaking fintech solutions to the masses. 

What you'll be doing:

- Maintaining the banking infrastructure and settling the payment channels network.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of co-operation with payment and banking partners.
- Finding new solutions and opportunities for the company.
- Research and assist in building strategy.
- Representing the company at exhibitions, travelling on business trips.
- Solving ongoings cases and negotiations of win-win operational conditions with payment partners.

What we're looking for:

- Basic experience and understanding of the industry.
- Understanding of banking protolocs / regulatory payments landscape / banking compliance - would be a BIG plus.
- Ability to think and act quickly, absorb large amounts of information (during your first month of work you will be assigned a mentor who will help you with this and make the adaptation process smoother).
- Structuring and prioritising your own tasks, ability to work independently.
- Willingness to develop and constantly try new things in the industry to enhance your own professional portfolio.
