YOUR MISSION
- Provide legal support for corporate matters across the group
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Advise internal teams on legal risks and provide guidance on key business decisions
- Work with finance agreements, debt securities, and collateral structures
- Advise on corporate structures, share incentive schemes, and corporate governance, including employment-related legal matters
YOUR PROFILE
- Masters degree in Law
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, contract law, employment law, and compliance
- Strong skills in legal drafting and contract negotiation
- Solid understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of legal English and Latvian
- Business mind-set and result-oriented approach
- High sense of responsibility
