IF YOU ARE:
- English at C1-C2 level (negotiation, business correspondence), other languages are considered an advantage.
- Higher education in sales/marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentational).
- Strong negotiating skills with top executives.
- Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard.
DUTIES:
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations.
- Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction.
- Strengthen relationships to improve customer retention.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
