Construction Manager PV Farm

Construction Management according to requirements of local laws, contract and design documents
Coordinate construction activities and subcontractors
Daily management of BIS system (making work progress entries, response to comments of supervisors, submit documentation and work acceptance acts).
Cooperation with the whole project team (Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Project Manager)
Prepares and manages construction schedule and daily planning of work
Coordinates with the Site engineers and Quality Control all required testing and documentation is planned and completed correctly
Ensures Quality is upheld daily and punch lists are generated and completed in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
Organization and management of on-site coordination meetings with subcontractors, designers and Client
Assists in preparation of all project status reports
Other duties as assigned

Proven leadership skills
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organization and coordination skills
Working knowledge of: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), AutoCAD, Microsoft Project

Relevant education in construction, ideally in the field/trade of electrical systems
Good knowledge of Latvian building and energy laws, local regulations and standards
Good knowledge of BIS system
Certificates to manage / supervise construction works on PV construction site
Willingness and ability to travel and stay on construction site for extended periods of time
Very good knowledge of Latvian and English, both written and spoken, to ensure smooth communication with staff and authorities, some of whom are exclusively Latvian-speaking
Driving license
