As a UX/UI Design Lead at Caballero, you will be more than just a designer - you will be the driving force behind the visual and interactive aspects of our and our client' digital products. We are seeking someone with a strong artistic vision, combined with the ability to think critically and execute technically. Youll collaborate with a talented team of developers and strategists to create stunning and functional designs that resonate with users and achieve client goals.

Key responsibilities

Analyse user needs and business objectives to create functional, user friendly and visually appealing designs;
Take ownership and lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and creativity;
Create wireframes, mockups, and final designs for websites, e-commerce platforms, apps and web-based systems.
Present design concepts that are based on a solid rationale and can be justified;
Maintain a strong focus on detail, consistency and systematic problem-solving.

What we're looking for:

Experience working with design tools like Figma,
A deep understanding of user experience and service design methodologies to accurately identify user needs and behavior patterns;
Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web, e-commerce and self-service system design and development;
A solid understanding of the latest UX/UI design trends, principles and best practices;
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and lead design initiatives within a collaborative team environment;
Skills in using Adobe Photoshop, and/or Illustrator (Adobe After Effects and Premiere) is a plus;
An eye for art direction combined with critical thinking and technical abilities;
Effective communicator with a friendly and humble approach.

What we offer:

Work in a team of 10+ people;
Work computer and the opportunity to choose the necessary technology and platform for work (Mac or Windows);
On-site work in our Riga office or hybrid work;
Local and international projects;
Flexible working hours as needed (usually working from 09.00 to 18.00);
Appropriate compensation + bonuses depending on workload and results. It depends on your knowledge, skills, and experience.
