ABOUT THE JOB

KOG institute is a research and education company operating in the Baltic States, specializing in the fields of marketing and communication. Our long-standing friends and partners include the IPA Training Institute, the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science, the Marketing Week research news website, the ESOMAR organization, and the NMSBA association.

Currently, we are looking for RESEARCH AND SALES PROJECT MANAGER.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing project proposals based on client needs and opportunities
Developing research questionnaires
Managing projects and coordinating all processes, from questionnaire translation to data analysis planning for final reports
Managing data visualization and report preparation using Power Point
Consulting clients on research results, data analysis, and misinterpretation issues
Presenting and discussing research results with the client
Collaboration with data providers and research companies
Managing direct communication and relationship management with leads and existing clients
Attracting and successfully onboarding new clients by identifying potential leads, conducting outreach, preparing tailored proposals, and ensuring a smooth integration into our services.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 year experience working in the market research industry would be an advantage
Ability to summarize, interpret, and communicate a complex information clearly
A genuine interest and knowledge in sociology, market research, and communication
Excellent Latvian and English language skills, both verbal and written, knowledge of Russian is considered as advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of data analysis software (SPSS) would be an advantage
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all research and data analysis tasks
Ability to make independent decisions and be well-organized
Ability to manage time, manage several projects at same time
Positive attitude and ability to deal with potentially stressful situations
