Job Brief

The ideal Account & Customer Success Manager at Paybis is a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong partnerships in the fintech and crypto space. They have 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development, with a strong ability to drive partner engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, capable of handling multiple stakeholders and ensuring the success of B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for partner accounts, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
Develop and execute account strategies to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, IT, finance, marketing) to align strategies and meet partner objectives.
Utilize partner feedback to contribute to the improvement of Paybis products and services.
Efficiently resolve partner concerns to ensure retention and high satisfaction levels.
Provide partners with expert guidance on utilizing Paybis solutions effectively.
Regularly assess partner satisfaction and take preemptive steps to address potential challenges.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partner growth.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or related fields.
Strong ability to manage partner relationships and drive customer success strategies.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Experience working with fintech, crypto, or financial services is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing demands in a dynamic industry.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
