About your key responsibilities and impact:

Taking ownership of various visual design tasks;
Managing and maintaining the company's graphic assets and standard image packs for product functionality;
Designing engaging promotional materials, including banners, pop-ups, and splash screens, to boost player engagement;
Creating color themes for new brands;
Collaborating closely with project managers and other designers to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.

Pārvaldīt un uzturēt uzņēmuma grafiskos materiālus un standarta attēlu komplektus produkta funkcionalitātei;
Dizainēt pievilcīgus reklāmas materiālus, tostarp banerus, uznirstošos logus un splash ekrānus, lai palielinātu spēlētāju iesaisti;
Veidot krāsu tēmas jauniem zīmoliem;
Cieša sadarbība ar projektu vadītājiem un citiem dizaineriem, lai nodrošinātu konsekvenci un kvalitāti visos piegādes materiālos.

Essential professional experience:

2+ years of experience in graphic design;
A strong portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or similar) demonstrating your expertise;
Experience working with marketing graphics and adhering to brand guidelines;
Advanced skills in banner design, including working with lighting, reflections, and shadows;
Versatility in adapting to various design styles and techniques to suit different audiences;
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
At least Intermediate+ English level;
Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.

Desirable skills:

Experience designing icon packs;
Skills in creating SVG animations;
Experience in designing logos and brand development;
Experience with graphics for gambling platforms.
