ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

As a key player in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Leads, Brand Owners, and the FINLANDIA/PS Team, you'll have the exciting opportunity to spearhead impactful projects and tailor-made marketing solutions. Your role will involve managing and optimizing DME costs, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining top-notch quality through diligent tracking, approvals, and stock management. 
Youll lead marketing initiatives, from custom events to innovative campaigns, while consolidating marketing materials to ensure seamless execution. This position is at the heart of managing critical processes, including BP, MPM, AOP, BPMS, and FINLANDIA/PS Team meetings, ensuring smooth daily operations. Its a dynamic role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on project leadership.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in preparing and aligning brand plans, presentations, and channel strategies to business goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Help develop and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed across all channels.
  • Team Coordination: Lead regular team meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare insightful reports on marketing metrics for decision-making and track the effectiveness of trade marketing plans.
  • Event & Material Management: Organize promotional events and create impactful marketing materials (brochures, emails, etc.).
  • Budget & Inventory Control: Manage DME costs, ensure effective budget control, and oversee the ordering of marketing materials and POS stock.
  • Agency & Performance Management: Coordinate with external agencies and evaluate the performance of merchandisers.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • Education & Experience: University degree (preferably in Marketing/Sales), with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role in sales or marketing (FMCG). Beer industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience and very good understanding of trade marketing field
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Proven ability to manage projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Driven & Independent: Self-motivated with a proactive approach, excelling at working autonomously to achieve results. Highly enthusiastic and motivated to reach ambitious goals and exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: A natural planner, adept at managing multiple tasks seamlessly and staying on top of deadlines.
  • Innovative Problem Solver: A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships and creatively tackle challenges.
  • Effective Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and impactful exchanges with all stakeholders..
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Latvian and English.
  • Strong Analytical & Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities and strong planning/organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for efficient work and reporting.
