About the Role:

As a Customer support/Key account manager you'll be responsible for supporting customers by providing an excellent level of customer service via chats or email regarding product usage, general enquiries and troubleshooting and carrying out KYC checks.

What you'll be doing:
  • Give excellent support to our exclusive customers through live chat and email, making sure we always meet or exceed what they expect
  • Ensure that our KYC (Know your Customer) requirements are met while ensuring new and existing customers have a seamless experience by delivering high-quality KYC reviews.
  • Perform politically exposed persons (PEP) and Sanctions screening.
  • Generate comprehensive statistics and reports, analyzing customer data
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with our existing customers by doing extra to keep them satisfied and loyal
  • Make sure our solutions are delivered quickly and effectively, meeting customers' needs and following all rules
  • Find new business opportunities with current customers or identify ways to improve

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Have excellent command of English
  • Have experience in working with clients in the FinTech sector and good understanding of KYC/AML/CTF regulations (considered as an advantage);
  • You have a strong work ethic and can work independently;
  • You have good dispute resolution and communication skills (for communication with clients as well as cross-team communication);
  • You have a desire to work, learn and develop - we do not have strict limits and restrictions and we want to see active people who are not indifferent to their work, who will take the initiative and drive the development of themselves, the team and the company.
