Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of successful experience in business development or sales management
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills;
- Strong goal-oriented mindset with the ability to execute strategic objectives;
- Experience in market expansion and business growth;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for decisions, self motivated , self-sufficient.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage;
- Proven experience in successfully managing and developing partnerships with major retail chains such as Rimi, Maxima, Mego, and other key players in the FMCG and retail sector is advantage.
- A higher education degree in business, economics, or a related field is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and ensure the implementation of strategic objectives;
- Identify opportunities for expansion into new markets;
- Initiate, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with new clients and partners;
- Analyze market opportunities, competitive environment, and provide strategic solutions;
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and propose improvements for business operations.
- Regular business trips across the Baltic States, with occasional travel to other international locations when required.
