Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B international sales (preferably active sales).
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Time management and ability to deliver results independently.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
  • Experience in hospitality or tourism industry is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and CRM systems would be an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly.
  • Strong teamwork mindset.
  • Willingness to support and guide hotel sales teams in the assigned region.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and new prospects across DACH and Benelux.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans for B2B segments (MICE, Leisure, Corporate).
  • Act as the key contact and trusted advisor for clients in your region.
  • Analyze business performance, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cooperate with hotel teams to achieve individual property targets.
  • Execute regular sales activities and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance reviews.
  • Ensure alignment with budget guidelines and contribute to departmental strategy.
  • Represent Mogotel Hotel Group at key industry events and client meetings.
