Your responsibilities:

Intra-Day tasks: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews and events. Developing and implementing effective hiring strategies. Supporting sourcing activities and employer branding initiatives. Handling recruitment-related administration, including documentation and scheduling.
Expert Support: Evaluate labor market conditions, analyze hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedbacks. Provide an efficient and positive experience for every candidate from application stage to job offer, including reference checks and ensuring a first class application management. Research/sourcing skills with ability to dive into search strategies.

Your skills:

Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Latvian (C1).
Experience: Experience in sourcing and/ or recruiting. Experience of working towards tight deadlines in a fast moving and team-based environment.
Work related skills: Open and charismatic approach towards people. Flexibility and ability to work well in a team.
Eligibility: EU citizenship or Latvian Residence Permit is required.
