Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economic is a must
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accountant positions
- Working experience in financial services industry (bank, brokerage) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of IFRS, ACCA (or equivalent) is an advantage
- Experienced and knowledgeable of accounting principles, financial reporting, financial management and taxation in EU
- Experience in dealing with external auditors
- Fluent English
- Good IT skills (Google products, Excel)
Job responsibilities:
- Keeping accounting records in Microsoft Dynamics
- Making reconciliation of data between various IT systems
- Processing payroll, ensuring compliance with tax and labour regulations
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns accurately and on time
- Managing corporation tax calculations, filings, and payments
- Maintaining summary tables and various supporting calculations
- Closing the accounts, preparing financial statements
- Collecting supporting documents and archiving them properly
- Supporting the annual audit process
- Participating in automation and other projects as may be required
- Communications with auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers
