Requirements for candidates

Minimum of 2 years experience in service-related performance analysis (e.g., production, logistics, automotive industry) or in business intelligence roles
Higher education in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and automation (Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Connections); skilled in Outlook and PowerPoint; practical experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive After-Sales Analyst to join our central Product Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of After-Sales data to support performance evaluation and drive continuous improvement across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain After-Sales metrics and KPIs using internal reporting systems, presented in a clear and user-friendly format
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and conduct in-depth data analysis
Support After-Sales teams across Avesco International Dealerships with data-driven insights and evaluation reports
Train colleagues on the effective use of internal service systems and reporting tools
