We're looking for you if:

You have at least 1 year of sales experience.
Your previous experience is in the hotel sector, working with sales and revenue management.
Excellent knowledge of Latvian, English. Proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
If you have experience with Cvent, Lanyon, Hotelplanner, HRS software, we will consider it an advantage.
You have knowledge of the Baltic market.
You are not afraid to take initiative and accept new challenges.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
You have a high sense of responsibility and the ability to organise your work independently and purposefully.
You are able to react quickly to change and focus on dealing with non-standard situations.

Attracting corporate clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Proactively establishing contacts, clarifying customer needs, finding the best solutions.
Preparation of quotations, drafting and conclusion of contracts.
Presenting hotels and holding regular meetings to maintain relationships.
Managing and contributing to the sales budget.
Processing and analysis of hotel sales figures.
Market research and analysis.
Preparation of reports and reports to management.
Supervision of the department in the absence of the manager.
