Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be:
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of any other Nordic language is a plus)
  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in travel or hospitality business
  • Have relevant work experience in the travel industry
  • Results-oriented and sales-driven
  • Able to handle challenging situations
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • An enthusiastic team player who learns quickly in an upbeat, energetic sales environment
  • Able to project a positive attitude, and display comfort and confidence to all team members
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel and PDF
  • Familiarity with the Nordic region is considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Your primary job responsibility will be managing incoming travel requests and bookings from our partner in markets such as the USA, Europe, GCC, Latin America and CIS regions.
You will create exciting itineraries for the Nordic countries, prepare detailed cost calculations and oversee the entire travel process from start to finish, ensuring seamless experiences for our partners. 
As a travel specialist, you must be professional, creative and adaptable, offering a diverse range of holiday products to our established partner companies. Success in this role requires the ability to work in a target-driven sales environment as a part of a supportive and dynamic team.
