Were looking for a Junior After-Sales Analyst to join our central Product Support team. If youre detail-oriented, eager to learn, and confident with Excel, this is your chance to grow in a supportive, international environment.

What you´ll be doing

Collect, analyze, and report After-Sales data to support performance improvement
Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards using internal reporting systems
Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear, actionable insights
Assist After-Sales teams across multiple countries with data evaluation and support
Train colleagues on using internal systems and reporting tools effectively

What were looking for

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Connections)
Higher education in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Analytical mindset with good organizational and problem-solving skills
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
Bonus: Experience in service performance analysis or business intelligence
Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong plus
