We are currently seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to join our Riga office. This role is ideal for a self-driven, analytical, and business-minded professional who enjoys building long-term relationships and consulting clients at the highest level.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in Latvia and internationally
  • Identify and attract new business clients through direct outreach, strategic networking, and referrals
  • Communicate with CEOs, CFOs, and other decision-makers acting as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson
  • Understand and explain complex products such as credit insurance, financial risk analysis, and international debt collection
  • Keep up with market trends, economic developments, and industry changes to support intelligent conversations with clients
  • Coordinate with our international group offices and partners to structure client solutions
  • Record activities, opportunities, and client progress in the CRM system
  • Participate in occasional international business trips (client meetings, conferences, etc.)
What We Expect From You:
  • Strong communication skills in Latvian (C1 or native) and English (C1) both are essential for daily communication
  • Confidence and ability to speak with senior-level business professionals on equal terms
  • Sales experience in B2B, ideally with medium/large enterprises
  • Interest in business, finance, current affairs and readiness to dive into complex topics
  • Proactive, persistent, and motivated by long-term results rather than quick wins
  • Bachelors degree (business, economics, or similar is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively
  • Experience with digital communication tools
Great to Have:
  • Experience in credit insurance, financial services, or debt collection
  • Knowledge of Russian and other foreign languages
  • Openness to travel and represent IGK internationally
