We have a brand-new opportunity for a Senior CRM Automation Specialist. You will play a key role in creating CRM automation flows, leveraging data & tech, and transforming journeys into value with the customer in mind. Sounds good? Then keep reading!

What You Will Do:
- Design and manage automated CRM journeys that boost engagement, retention, and CLV 🔁
- Map customer journeys across lifecycle stages and identify automation touchpoints for maximum impact 💻
- Create advanced segments using behavioral, lifecycle, and transactional data for precision targeting 🧮
- Monitor performance across all flows, test and optimize with A/B and data insights 📈
- Stay on top of CRM tech trends, drive tool innovation, and integrate new features and channels 🌐
Preferred Background:
Experience
Multi-year experience in CRM with a strong track record in lifecycle automation, campaign orchestration, and revenue generation.
Hard Skills
- In-depth hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Emarsys, HubSpot, and working with APIs 🔌
- Skilled in predictive modeling, personalization algorithms, CRM data architecture, and as a plus also relational data models 📚
- Familiarity with AI-powered CRM tools and HTML knowledge 🤖
- Comfortable with deliverability management and technical CRM hygiene best practices 🚦
- Being confident in creating visuals and campaign assets is considered an advantage 🎨
Soft Skills
