Your responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide expert assistance to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
- Client Understanding: Comprehend users' needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions

Your skills:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Turkish plus excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus
