Position Summary:

Were looking for a QA Engineer to join our talented team of IT and business specialists. Your mission will be to champion quality across all stages of development, ensuring we deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing IT services to our clients.

Role requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in QA, with deep understanding of QA frameworks and methodologies;
Strong expertise in manual and automated testing; proven experience with web and API testing; knowledge of SQL;
Analytical mindset with a drive to understand the underlying technical solutions and can contribute to requirements engineering and system design;
Clear grasp of shift-left principles and how to apply them practicallynot just theoreticallyincluding familiarity with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and its business value;
Up-to-date with technology trends and test automation tools (not necessarily a developer, but capable of applying and leveraging them, collaborate with test automation engineers);
Ability to assess the true impact of changes (in collaboration with Application developers / engineers), understanding what parts of the system or IT service were affected and defining dynamic regression scope accordingly;
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, user-focused experiences.

Bonus Points For:

Fluency in ISTQB concepts or ISTQB certification;
Hands-on knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, Postman);
Background in Fintech or a fast-paced tech environment;
UX/UI awareness and the ability to test with the end user in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and quality assurance approaches;
Take ownership of end-to-end quality for specific product domains, including ensuring service stability and safeguarding against incidents caused by changes;
Perform manual and automated testing for new features and existing systems and IT services;
Participate in requirements discussions, design reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews;
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues;
Collaborate with developers and product managers to improve quality at every stage;
Share QA knowledge and actively contribute to the continual improvement of QA services.
