Finance Controller

Are you a finance professional with strong analytical skills, a passion for data accuracy, and a drive to improve business performance? We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to join our team and play a key role in shaping financial transparency, governance, and performance.

What you'll do:

Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for business units;
Develop and maintain structures and processes to ensure the delivery of accurate financial information;
Support cost control initiatives and monitor key KPIs;
Prepare financial forecasts, including estimates, budgets, and ad-hoc reports;
Partner closely with the CFO and management on business case follow-up and financial analysis;
Oversee daily financial operations including month-end closing and managerial reporting;
Improve financial governance and support efficiency improvements across the organization;
Ensure compliance with group accounting principles and internal controlling policies;
Assist in the implementation of new financial processes and internal controls;
Lead the development of supply chain solutions in collaboration with an outsourced IT team (project management role).

What we expect from you:

A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics;
At least 3 years of experience in a Finance Controller or Finance Analyst role;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to present and explain financial information to different levels of management;
Strong sense of ownership, deadline orientation, and a proactive "can-do" mindset;
Advanced skills in Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
