The role hands-on & full of impact

As our new E-commerce Manager, you'll play a key role in helping our clients succeed in the Latvian market. Youll be part of a supportive Latvian team 🤝 and collaborate with both clients and colleagues to localise online webshops, improve performance 📈, and boost conversions.

Heres what youll be doing:

🔍 Giving hands-on feedback to help clients improve UX and boost sales

🇩🇰 Sharing localisation know-how on everything from returns to payment methods

📊 Presenting optimisation tips and performance reports in client meetings

👥 Working closely with our internal Operations teams to align on priorities

This is not a sit and wait kind of job youll be deep in the action and making real changes for real clients 💥

What were looking for:

You're into E-commerce, have experience with digital growth 📲, and love helping brands adapt to new markets. You know what works for Latvian consumers, and you enjoy being that person who makes things happen
