The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
The Media Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Business Partners in executing the paid media strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence.
The Opportunity:
- Work closely with our media agency from briefing, through planning, till campaign execution
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs. Monitor key KPIs for ongoing campaigns and share channel insights with key stakeholders within local and global teams
- Oversee and manage the budget for paid media campaigns
- Participate in various task regarding campaign enablers (SoW, PO, campaign activation
- proof requests, report requests/development)
- Provide actionable insights based on ongoing campaigns to relevant stakeholders.
Who you are:
- You have 5+ years of experience in the world of (digital) paid media and understands technical aspects of tracking paid media performance (quantitative and qualitative), adserving, as well as having knowledge of biddable platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic).
- Ideally you have experience with project/workflow management tools like Trello, Asana, Monday, Wrike or other.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential and additional languages are a plus, based on region/customer requirements.
- You are detail oriented, well organized and efficient with time management.
- You are able to work under pressure and work independently.

Salary starts from 2400 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
