Responsibilities:

- End-to-end chargeback processing: monitoring, registration, analysis, resolving in compliance with Visa/Mastercard regulations

- Providing chargeback-related guidance to other departments

- Maintaining to chargebacks related internal procedures align with Visa/Mastercard regulations

- Communications with other departments and clients in respect of to chargeback related issues, e.g. document collection, dispute arbitration, case resolution, etc.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 year working knowledge of Visa/Mastercard regulations and systems

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

- Fluent English, working proficiency in Russian and Latvian
