As Chief Product Owner, you will own and drive the transformation of Oracle Database services together with other IT Infrastructure areas, deciding and executing on long term strategy and ensuring smooth day to day operations with customer always in mind.With us you will have the opportunity to:

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Oracle Database platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards
• Lead and participate in various modernization and strategic initiatives involving deliveries from area
• Manage full budget of area, including staffing, tooling, hardware and software subscriptions
• Manage relationship with external suppliers in respective area of responsibility, ensuring good support and adequate deliveries
• Empower Agile Product Owners and teams to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve
• Lead multi-national team located 4 different countries – Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden
• Build and develop a high-performing, T-shaped team with the right skills to meet current and future demands

What is needed in this role:

• A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Solid experience and knowledge of various Oracle Databases, solutions and products supporting it
• Experience in leading transformation initiatives
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring other leaders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
