As Director of Sales - Baltics, youll lead and inspire a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers. Youll be the driving force behind regional growth, team development, and strategic execution.

Youll collaborate across the business and be accountable to hit key objectives, build strong vendor and partner relationships, and represent Pax8 at regional events.

 

1. Build and Lead High-Performance Teams :- 

• Coach and develop managers to run rock-solid 30/60/90-day pipelines

• Drive adoption of Pax8s sales methodology

• Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1s with team leads

• Foster accountability and clarity on goals

2. Grow the sales bench by building a talent pipeline to support future growth and champion professional development at all levels

3. Represent Pax8 at regional events to boost brand awareness

4. Accelerate Partner Growth Build and Cultivate vendor and partner relationships

5. Leverage tools like SFDC to forecast and hit targets

6. Own your development through Elev8, L&D, and stretch projects
