We're looking for a Senior Back-end Developer to join our 10-person IT team in Riga.

As a key member of the team, you'll help shape powerful, user-centered solutions in a fast-moving environment where innovation, purpose, and fun go hand-in-hand.

What will you do

Develop and maintain APIs for web and mobile applications;
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL (indexing and optimizing them);
Work with Nest.js and other relevant back-end tools and libraries;
Collaborate with the team to ensure the delivery of quality solutions.

Applicant requirements

Good knowledge working with Node.js (minimum 2 years);
Experience in API development;
Experience working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL);
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate ideas, persuade stakeholders, and effectively plan tasks;
Ability to write efficient and well-structured code;
Experience with Blitz.js or NestJS framework;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have, but not mandatory:

Experience with front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS);
Experience working with ORM (Prisma, TypeORM, MikroORM).

Nest.js, blitz.js. ORMs: Prisma, TypeORM, mikroORM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, NextJs, Eleventy, AlpineJs, Jira, AWS, GitHub, PHP, Laravel.

What we offer

Depending on your experience and qualifications salary around 4000 EUR - 6000 EUR GROSS (and even higher, actually, with other bonuses)
