Requirements:

  • English at B2-C2 level (negotiation, business correspondence) Any additional foreign language (e.g. Italian, French, German, Polish, Greek, etc.) will be considered as an advantage;
  • Higher education in sales/marketing (or related) will be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Strong negotiating skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and with tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for key accounts;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts;
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations;
  • Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction;
  • Strengthen relationships to improve customer retention;
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
