Requirements for candidates

  • Proven experience in payment processing, financial analysis, or a related field
  • Familiarity with payment systems and industry best practices
  • Knowledge of non-fraud payment investigation techniques and methodologies
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to payments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Russian Required

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Non-Fraud Payment Investigations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the payment investigations team in identifying and resolving non-fraudulent payment-related issues. This role will be reporting to the Head of Non-Fraud Payment Investigations.
Responsibilities: 
  • Provide daily support to the Client Services and other teams with regard to non-fraud payment investigations
  • Answer to client requests concerning non-fraud investigations
  • Provide answers to customers and other financial institutions concerning non-fraud investigations
  • Communicate with IT / Risk and Compliance / Client Services / FinOps
  • Can be requested by the division head to temporarily perform additional duties or execute additional projects falling within the scope of the division responsibility areas.

We have a new role in our client services team, based in our Riga office. The Client Services Assistant will provide outstanding operational support to our clients: banks, payment service providers, and other financial institutions. This role will be reporting to the Head of Client Services.
