About the role

We are now looking for a Solution Expert (IT / System Administrator) a hands-on professional who ensures that our systems and infrastructure remain reliable, secure, and ready for the future.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve corporate IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, printers, scanners, local firewalls, access management Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
Participate in evaluating hardware and software solutions for customer projects
Implement and maintain desktop and server systems following best practices
Contribute to technical documentation and the development of IT policies and standards
Support and ensure compliance with established security policies

What we expect

At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or System Engineer
Strong understanding of Windows Server, networking, and virtualization (VMware)
Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and network devices
Knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, and VPN technologies
Good problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Fluent English, both written and spoken for close work with international customers

Experience with Office 365 / Azure, DevOps, Palo Alto, Cisco, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure as Code, or Zabbix will be an advantage.
