Were looking for a Data Analyst who loves turning data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across teams, building reports and dashboards that help guide decisions, ensure data quality, and support compliance needs.
Your day-to-day will include a mix of data analysis, dashboard building, requirement gathering, and working with our data integration and pipeline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document business requirements for reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support business and compliance needs.
- Manage JIRA tickets in your assigned area.
- Prepare and maintain data quality tests.
- Assist in designing and refining data models.
- Define requirements for data integration and collaborate with the team in data integration script development.
- Share responsibility for monitoring and maintaining our data pipeline.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 2 years experience in a software or data analyst role.
- Solid experience with SQL enough to dive into data confidently.
- Experience with BI tools: Power BI &/or Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with JIRA, GIT, dbt would be great to have on board, but were happy to help you learn.
- Soft Skills & Traits:
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Patience and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, as you would have to work quite closely with business.
- Experience with compliance related reporting or data quality-focused projects is a big advantage.
