JOB MISSION

To drive the region's financial performance by leading and developing the finance team, ensuring effective financial management, strategic planning, and risk control that support sustainable growth and profitability.

OUTCOMES

Ensures efficient financial control and management process, improving reporting speed and accuracy
Develops and implements financial strategies that directly support the companys growth and profitability goals
Provides actionable insights and initiatives that enhance profitability and overall financial efficiency
Develops and implements streamlined group financial processes
Maintains stable and positive cash flow with on-time payments to suppliers, employees, and authorities
Regularly analyzes financial results and prepares recommendations to increase profitability
Effectively leads, mentors and develops the finance team, fostering professionalism and high performance
Introduces modern financial tools and digital solutions to improve efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial management principles
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management
Proven track record in analysis, reporting, and financial strategy implementation
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and drive decisions.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial systems
Strong leadership and team management abilities
