About the Job

As Senior CRM Manager, you will own our CRM strategy end-to-end. You will build, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, on-site messaging, and Telegram. This role requires a data-driven mindset, firm structure, and the ability to run CRM programs that directly influence revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the CRM strategy for your market, including segmentation, targeting, personalisation, and lifecycle flows.
Drive customer retention and value growth through automated and campaign-based communication.
Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure CRM supports business objectives.
Plan and execute CRM campaigns, promotions, and experiments that increase engagement and revenue.
Build and refine customer journeys, ensuring every touchpoint is optimised and measurable.
Develop reporting frameworks, analyse performance, and implement improvements.
Oversee daily CRM operations: data quality, audience building, and multi-channel execution.
Stay updated on CRM best practices and introduce new ideas and approaches.

Skills & Experience

3+ years in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle roles.
Experience working with any CRM system.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make decisions based on data.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in casino, betting, or online gaming is a strong advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Proactive, structured, ownership-driven approach.
