Lead Architect / Full Stack Engineer
Datwyler IT Infra SIA is looking to welcome a reliable and accurate Lead Architect / Full Stack Engineer to join the team in Riga.
Responsibilities:
- Technical ownership of the overall software architecture.
- Co-define and continuously evolve the technical roadmap together with the Head of Development.
- Evaluate, select, and introduce new technologies (e.g. Rust, SAP integration).
- Ensure scalability, security, and stability of the software systems.
- Coach and mentor Full-Stack Developers within the team.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Sales, Head of Development, and Software Engineers.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of software architecture and system integration.
- Proven experience with Java, Rust, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Solid knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, pgPL).
- Experience in SAP integrations and interface design.
- Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, XSLT, XML).
- Experience in cloud architectures and DevOps environments.
