Proficient in English (B1-C2), with bonus points for other languages (German, Italian, French)
Enjoy collaborating with clients and helping them succeed
Able to stay focused and perform well under tight deadlines
Experienced in supporting and managing client needs with care
Thinks outside the box to solve complex challenges effectively.

Your Mission:

Will take care of customer requests from simple questions to tricky technical issues always looking for the best solution
Will help clients with product details, billing questions, and technical support
Will guide and support junior teammates, sharing knowledge to help the team grow
Will work smoothly in a rotating 2-on, 2-off schedule (day & night shifts, 12 hours each), keeping service consistent.
