As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Support / Key Account Manager who enjoys working with clients, taking ownership, and building long-term relationships in a dynamic startup environment.

- You’re someone who:

- Enjoys working with people and solving real client problems

- You don’t need to know everything from day one — curiosity, responsibility, and drive matter most.

- Supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle (onboarding, integration, live operations)

- Acting as the main point of contact and trusted partner

- Advising clients on services and resolving issues

- Onboarding new clients and guiding them through processes

- Daily communication via chats and emails

- Contributing to internal processes and team knowledge

- Fluent Russian and English (spoken & written)

- Experience in fintech, finance, IT, or payments is a strong plus

- Ability to learn quickly and work with complex topics

- Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail

- Knowledge in crypto is an advantage

💰 Salary: €1,500 – €2,500 gross / month (depending on experience)
