Due to the active business development, WhatDigital is looking for a Sales Manager for working with export Clients to join its team!

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a steady sales pipeline,
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients: advertising agencies, affiliate teams, and direct advertisers (in-house ad leading teams), ensuring satisfaction with our service, and making cross-sales,
- Support existing clients by facilitating the adoption of new products, handling inquiries, and providing updates on new services,
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver actionable insights.
- Offer expert advice on digital marketing solutions, platforms, and conditions, leveraging data and industry trends to drive client success,
- Working with drafts of client agreements,
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise. Implement solutions promptly and communicate effectively to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian (for communication with colleagues and partners),
- Knowledge of key marketing terminology (affiliates, media buying, СPA network, traffic, fraud, agency ad accounts, whitehat offers, pre-landing, warm up, daily cap),
- Experience in working with affiliates (1 year as a minimum),
- Skills to work with multiple tasks at the same time,
- Readiness to negotiate with partners and existing clients,
- High stress resistance,
- Good communication skills, independence, initiative, and a structured approach,
- Experience in participation in international conferences, forums, or events.
Salary
- Monthly Salary starts from 2500 EUR Gross (fixed part and compensation system based on actual sales performance).
