Требования к кандидатам

For this work you need:

Professional/native (or at least B2 level) knowledge of Japanese language (written and spoken)
Good command of English and/or Russiаn
Good PC skills
Attention to detail and responsible approach to work
Communication skills, customer focus
Willingness and desire to learn
Experience working in customer support will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Consulting clients on technical issues via chats
Providing accurate, fast and correct answers about products and services
Friendly, polite communication with clients
Considering customer requests and complaints, finding solutions to resolve them
Maintaining a CRM system and other databases

Salary 1400-2100 EUR gross depending on qualification and experience
