Own endtoend Incident, Problem & Change processes with clear policies, KPIs/SLAs, and consistent execution.
Govern vendors (SIAM) to ensure contractual adherence, RACI clarity, and robust compliance.
Lead Major Incident readiness, escalation and communication; drive effective postincident reviews.
Drive Problem Management: trend analysis, RCA, publication of workarounds/known errors, and permanent fix coordination.
Run Change Management: CAB facilitation, risk/impact assessment, CMDB integrity, and safe deployment practices.
Enable adoption: training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement across business and vendor teams.

You have:

ITIL v4 certification (Foundation or higher).
4–5 years of handson functional ServiceNow experience delivering and governing ITSM processes.
Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven track record in continuous process improvement and stakeholder influence.
