What you'll be doing:
  • Give excellent support to our exclusive customers through live chat and email, making sure we always meet or exceed what they expect
  • Ensure that our KYC (Know your Customer) requirements are met while ensuring new and existing customers have a seamless experience by delivering high-quality KYC reviews.
  • Perform politically exposed persons (PEP) and Sanctions screening.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with our existing customers by doing extra to keep them satisfied and loyal
  • Make sure our solutions are delivered quickly and effectively, meeting customers' needs and following all rules

Our ideal candidate:
  • Have excellent command of English
  • Have experience in working with clients in the FinTech sector (considered as an advantage)
  • Have a strong work ethic and can work independently
  • Have good dispute resolution and communication skills (for communication with clients as well as cross-team communication)
