Position name: HR Manager
Salary range: from 1500 eur to 1800 eur neto
We are looking for an HR Manager who will take ownership of HR operations for a company of over 80 employees, support managers, and play a key role in strengthening our organizational culture.
Main Responsibilities
- Adapt MV GROUP’s HR strategy to local needs and ensure its effective implementation.
- Lead, manage, and continuously improve HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, documentation, etc.).
- Ensure accurate HR documentation, compliance with local legislation, and internal standards.
- Monitor labor market trends and compensation practices to support databased decisionmaking.
- Organize and support employee engagement initiatives, teambuilding activities, and corporate culture development projects.
- Support managers with HR tools, training, and communication to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR management or a similar HR role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
- Good Latvian and English language skills.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative, and ability to work independently.
