Join DiscoverCars.com and help us scale the world’s leading global car-rental marketplace. We are seeking a data-driven Senior Web Data Analyst who will turn data into insights that drive growth and elevate our customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create reports and dashboards using various internal data sources, and when needed, integrate with web analytics.
- Analyze and interpret user behavior and website traffic through Google Analytics, PostHog product analytics platform.
- Manage and optimize Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and data collection.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to measure and improve the performance of Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to optimize customer journeys, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, BigQuery, Posthog, and other BI tools when applicable.
- Analyze results of A/B tests and provide actionable insights.
Key qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an analyst of online user behaviour, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads analytics and tracking.
- Experience working with databases and SQL (preferably with BigQuery).
- Familiarity or willingness to learn PostHog or similar product analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities to translate complex data into clear business insights.
