Construction Project Manager

More than 90 million customers are served every year across the six markets.

On behalf of our Client, we are now searching for an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager for the Baltic Region, who is motivated to deliver high-quality construction projects and support business growth across the Baltics.

What You will do:

Plan, lead, and coordinate the full lifecycle of construction projects (new builds, remodels, reinvestments) across the Baltic region, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.
Manage project design, permitting, approvals, procurement, and execution processes in compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.
Coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective resource management.
Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, costs, and capital expenditures; prepare progress reports and ensure transparency of results.
Represent the company and the Construction function in internal and external meetings with authorities, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure proper preparation, maintenance, and archiving of construction, technical, and facility-related documentation, supporting sustainable operations and future reinvestments.

We believe You will succeed in the role if You have:

Higher or professional education in construction or a related field that supports your daily work.
At least 2 years of experience in construction or technical project management (restaurant or retail experience is an advantage).
Good understanding of construction and real estate-related legislation.
Strong Latvian and English language skills.
Ability to plan, organize work independently, and solve problems proactively.
Category B driving license and good MS Office skills.
