Key Responsibilities:
We are a customer support company focused on delivering efficient, high-quality service. We are looking for an Automation & Reporting Specialist to help improve our internal reporting and gain better visibility into team performance.
- Prepare regular internal reports on team performance (e.g., working hours, completed tasks, email volume)
- Develop simple solutions to streamline and automate reporting processes
- Create clear dashboards and summaries (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools)
- Support management by providing structured insights for monthly and weekly reviews
Requirements:
- Experience in reporting or working with structured data
- Strong skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Python, scripts, integrations)
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize data in a clear and practical way
What We Offer:
- Office-based work, Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00
- Salary starting from €2,500–€4,000 gross per month, with the possibility of a higher offer depending on your experience and interview results
