Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers within a defined niche.
Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with technical and operational requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Analyze inventory levels and collaborate with engineering, production, and planning teams to forecast demand.
Assess procurement processes to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
Work closely with colleagues across global offices, contributing to a cohesive and efficient international supply chain.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in purchasing goods, materials, and services.
Experience in or a strong interest in aviation, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
Strong understanding of supplier selection and contract management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software.
Good command of MS Office tools.
Fluency in Latvian and English; knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
