Union Aviation provides a wide range of business aviation solutions in aircraft sales and acquisitions, aircraft management, and charter sales delivering outstanding service to its clients.
Employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we are looking for a highly motivated, educated, and talented individual to join our team as the Key Account Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and maintaining professional and trusting relations with aircraft owners;
- Developing a thorough understanding of the client's needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions;
- Liaise between aircraft owner, external providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operation;
- Participation in conferences, exhibitions, and negotiations;
- Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, preventing future problems;
- Verifying monthly aircraft expenses, invoices, and financial reports.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferable;
- Mature and stress-resistant personality with excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, detail-oriented;
- Ability to cope with very high levels of responsibility and stress;
- Previous management experience is desirable;
- Readiness to work flexible hours.
