Responsibilities:

Develop and implement long-term strategies for key accounts;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts;
Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations;
Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction;
Strengthen relationships to improve customer retention;
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

English at B2-C2 level (negotiation, business correspondence). Any additional foreign language (e.g. Italian, French, German, Polish, Greek, etc.) will be considered as an advantage; Knowledge of foreign languages is required for the performance of daily work duties.
Higher education in sales/marketing (or related) will be considered an advantage;
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
Strong negotiating skills;
Ability to work autonomously and with tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard.

Office-based position, working hours 11:00-20:00
