About the Role
As an Account / Onboarding manager, you will be a key driver of our growth strategy. Your mission is to build and expand strategic partnerships, develop and scale alternative payment methods, and bring our innovative fintech solutions to a wider market.
What you'll be doing:
- Led onboarding process of new alternative payment methods across multiple markets
- Managed end-to-end partnership lifecycle with payment providers - from negotiations to launch and scaling
- Maintained and developed long-term relationships with payment partners, handling ongoing operational and commercial cases
- Identified and implemented new APM opportunities to improve payment coverage, conversion, and regional expansion
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business trips
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in onboarding, account management, business development, partnerships, sales, or a similar role
- Experience in Banking / Fintech / Gaming industries isс a strong advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, with a high level of independence
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and explore new industry trends
